Monthly rentals, online agreements and contactless check-in
Our monthly rentals include all utilities. The total rental price is divided into monthly payments, with rent payable each month. Rental agreements can be conveniently signed online, and invoicing is available. Self check-in is available for every apartment using a lockbox, without the need for an in-person key handover. Each apartment has its own private entrance.

The 31 m² apartment overlooks Bock-Park near the Kardinal-Nagl-Platz U3 station, while the 54 m² apartment faces the tree-lined Ilgplatz near the Messe-Prater U2 station. Both locations provide easy access to shops, supermarkets and other everyday amenities. Paid garage parking is available nearby, making the apartments convenient for tenants travelling by car.
