Non-smoking, green studio apartment with air-conditioning, located just 5 minutes (200m) from subway station "Kardinal-Nagl-Platz" (U3), with a direct connection to "Wien Mitte" and "St. Stephens Cathedral". The apartment has an area of 31 square meters, is newly renovated and fully furnished including a new air-conditioning unit, a 55" 4K TV, and a recently upgraded unlimited internet (5G WiFi, 250Mbit download and 50Mbit upload speed). It has a queen bed (mattress size is 160x200cm) and a two-seater sofa. The kitchen includes a Ninja mini-oven, an electric stove, a microwave, a blender, a Nespresso machine, French Press coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and further standard kitchen amenities. The apartment is ideal for longer stays ranging from 1 to 6 months. All utilities are included in the price. You can register at this address (Anmeldung). Monthly invoicing will also be provided.

Check-in Information and Parking

The apartment is self check-in, keys can be picked up from a lockbox any time between 15:00 and midnight. Self check-in instructions are sent to the guest once the online guest registration form is filled out, the rental contract is signed and the payment is received. The self check-in instructions and the apartment brochure are written in English. Communication is possible only in English.
Paid garage parking called "Garage Fiakerplatz" is located right in front of the building (costs 6euro/day for the first day and 8euro/day for each following day). Cancellation Policy and House Rules

• Long-term stay: For stays of 30 days or longer, a rental agreement will be provided upon booking, which can be signed online. The total price will be divided into monthly rental payments. Cancellation of a long-term stay is subject to a 1 month notice period.

• Check-in any time between 15:00 and midnight. Check-out until 11:00.

• Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, allowed are only adults and children above the age of 8.

• Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. No visitors after 10 PM. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 06:00.

The apartment was super neat, clean and very well equipped. It was surely the best equipped apt in Vienna I have stayed in so far: this means kitchen utensils and appliances, cookware and dinnerware, cleaners, etc. The apartment was spotless and with all instructions how to use any appliance in the house. The owners are responsive and willing to address any inquiry guests may have. The apartment is very conveniently located not far away from U-Bahn that takes you to the central district. There is a supermarket, drugstore and many other food shops and restaurants next to it. Next time we are in Vienna or Bratislava, we’ll certainly try to book with them.

A fantastic clean, apartment, very close to the city centre. Has everything you might need for your stay. The hosts are very attentive and gave very detailed instructions for entering the apartment as well as how to use the various appliances.
