Apartment Description

Non-smoking, quiet and spacious studio apartment with great views of the Bratislava castle and the surrounding area. The apartment is located in the Slavin district, 5 minutes away from the city center by car (20 minutes on foot). The apartment has an area of 51 square meters, is fully furnished and heated by central heating. It includes a vestibule, an entrance hall with access to the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a new air conditioning unit with heating capabilities, 4K TV with many channels and unlimited 5G fiber-optic internet. The apartment has a queen bed (mattress size is 160x200cm), an expandable sofa, an office table and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.

Parking and Check-in Information

A parking space in a shared double garage is included, right behind the main gate next to the apartment. For added security, the shared parking garage and front yard are equipped with a security camera. The apartment uses contactless self check-in. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment; visitors are not allowed without our prior consent. For legal reasons, online check-in must be completed before arrival by filling in and submitting the registration form, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Submitting the form is a condition for providing the lockbox code. Keys can be collected from the lockbox on the day of arrival between 3 PM and midnight.

Neighborhood

Located in the lucrative Slavin district which houses most of the foreign embassies in Slovakia as well as many upscale residencies, the studio apartment is also relatively close to the Bratislava castle which can be viewed from the windows of the apartment. Trolley bus stop (lines 44 and 47) with 10 minute routes to Bratislava city center is located 200 meters from the apartment. The nearest grocery store (Yeme) is located 800 meters from the apartment. The nearest supermarket (Kaufland) is located 2.4 kilometers from the apartment.
